Product FAQs
Can I manage links on more than one site at a time?
Yes - after you set up a user account, you can add as many sites (URLs) to your account as you want; no limit.
Does LMS check for broken links?
Yes - LMS comes with built-in spidering that checks to make sure that the sites who are supposed to be linking back don't go offline or remove their links to you.
What web hosting platforms do I need to run LMS?
LMS is a PHP-based software package, so you'll need a Linux web host that can run PHP-4 or higher. We recommend 1&1 and GoDaddy.
Can I upgrade/downgrade features and plans after I order?
Yes. Each plan and feature you order is tied to one specific web site, that you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Since each web site operates and is billed separately from the others, you can maintain different plans for each one.

Billing FAQs
Do you have to have a Gold License in order to purchase Add-ons?
No, Add-ons can be added for both Free and Gold License packages.
How much will I pay when I order?
When you complete your order, you will be billed for two pay periods. The first pay period will be a pro-rated amount of the calendar month you are currently in, plus one full month. Once you reach the end of your pre-paid period, you will be billed on the 1st of every month in perpetuity.
Do you offer installation support?
Yes. We offer professional installation support for all Gold licenses.
Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds for the first 10 days after your initial order. Since we bill monthly after that, all you need to do is cancel your subscription in order to keep your credit card from getting billed.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as Google Checkout.
